March was tough, I was very motivated to read everything on my TBR but this term at school has just been mind-blowingly busy and fast and really really hard so I've listened to some aduiobooks but nowhere near what I thought I would get to!
November was a great reading month for me because I LOVED everything I read! I managed 4 nonfiction books and 2 netgalley reads so I'm happy with that!
As always, I will break it down into the types of books that I read...
August was a great reading month for me. I listened to audiobooks during road trips in the car, had the time and the headspace to sit down and read not only eBooks but physical books too AND I attended a ton of book events which always motivates more reading.
So here's everything I read. I'll also include my videos with some of the reading processes for you to see.
Well I had higher hopes for July but then I had to teach in heatwave and somehow that sapped all of my energy-I mean we're talking not even being able to listen to audiobooks tired and no attention span for any reading of any kind that last week of school! I made up for it a little bit the first week of the holidays but let's just hang our hopes on better reading days ahead in August so I can get on top of things agaian before school starts!
We do have something from every category this month though so thats a massive win isn't it?
June was a longer reading month for me because I wanted to incorporate all of May half term in there. I had some very specific reading in mind this month and I'm happy to say that I'm really pleased with my reading this month. I've achieved most of my goals!
So my May TBR was a little optimistic but I knew I was going to attempt Bout of Books this month and I had lots of May releases I was excited about so I made it that way on purpose. The best thing about this wrap up is that I have books for every category.
I have also decided to end my may reading early and start my June reading before setting off on a little trip so that I can read on both my journeys and have it count towards the same thing. So June TBR coming your way very soon.
Therefore this wrap up represents just 25 days of reading which I don't think is too bad really.
