Here's everything I read in October, November and Devember of 2025. I have enjoyed doing these wrap ups in quarters like this rather than in months but I don't know whether to go back to months in 2026, what do you think?
Again I really like the balance of fiction, non-fiction and adult romance vs YA vs Thriller here!
OK, long time no post, I know. Can we just not mention that?
I DID actually read some books in the month of October and I'm pretty proud of that so I want to tell you about them and it has motivated me to want to read some books in November too so I hope you'll help cheer me on to finish at least one of those before the month is up!
Honestly May was SUCH a blur from beginning to end. I did try to do Bout of Books and tried to vlog it but I didn't do blog posts and I didn't really even manage to read that much so...
What I DO know is that I enjoyed everything I read in May and that's what really counts isn't it?!
April wasn't too bad of a reading month. I had high hopes about reading on plane journeys which I did a tiny bit of but nowhere near what I thoguht I would (hello binge-watching parks and recreation!) and so I relied on those quick reads that I had pre-ordered to get me through this month!
Technically I did read a little bit of ebook because I started reading Date With Destiny on the plane but I read the vast majority of it in the paperback proof copy. I also think it's funny that audiobooks is normally my biggest category but I wasn't really doing many things this month that required the listening to of audiobooks and so paperbacks for the win!

Well that book hangover from reading the new CL Taylor novel Every Move You Make certainly stayed with me throughout most of February and so, despite picking up and starting 3 or 4 things, I only managed to read 1 book in the month of Februay. Please tell me it wasn't just me that struggled this month?!

Well, December felt like a good reading month but then I ended up not really reading what was on my TBR and struggling to read anything during the last couple of weeks of term. I enjoyed some nice cosy reading on Christmas eve but then nothing again really until new years eve!

Well here's what I read in October, I was so hopeful I would read loads in the last couple of weeks of term and then loads more on my flights but alas, I forgot how tired I would be in both those times and so ended up only watching movies/napping on the flights and listening to just one audiobook in that last week of term despite my best efforts!
September wasn't as bad of a reading month as I had expected. I actually fell in love with a couple of books that I read and the audiobook that I thought wasn't going to be delivered in time actually came out on the Tuesday and so I was able to read it in time.
Well August was a surprisingly bad reading month for me. Normally is August is always my top month of the year for reading books but I just couldn't seem to settle to reading this year. I think I hyped myself up for it and then felt all this pressure to do so many things that I had left to the summer holidays that I was just busy a lot of the time-thanks heavens for audiobooks!
