Movie Reviews: January 13th-20th 2018

Another Sunday, another lot of movie reviews. As always, I go into more detailed thoughts on my movie reviews video over on my BookTube channel which I will leave at the bottom of this post once it is live so if you want a little more detail, give that a watch please and thank you!

I loved this movies. Rather than covering the whole of RBG's life and career it focuses on her beginnings and her first case. I really hope we might get another instalment of this for her later cases/supreme court career!

This really was as bad as everyone is saying it is. The accents were weird and it felt like the sound had been dubbed in parts. I couldn't tell you what the storyline was really-I don't recommend!

I have reviewed this one before but I went to see a singalong version of it thinking I would have a fun after work activity. I was the only one in the cinema so I could have been singing anyway! Odd. Obviously I still love the film and can't wait to see how it does with Oscar noms!

I thought that because I enjoyed my Marvel watch last year and Deadpool etc that I might like this one. I did not. I was really bored, the CGI made it feel like a cartoon, I left with 45 mins left in the movie.

This one was great, really funny but with some serious parts too. It felt a lot like Me Before You but without all the tears! I laughed a lot, as did the rest of the audience and seeing Kevin Hart, Bryan Cranston and Nicole Kidman together on screen was an experience in itself!

As always, if there are movies that you would like to hear my thoughts on, I am happy to 'view on demand' so just leave me a comment on her or on my video and I will be happy to share my thoughts on that next week!
