Letterbox Love #17

Welcome to Letterbox Love, this is a UK meme, hosted by the lovely Lynsey at Narratively Speaking and inspired by The Story Siren's In My Mailbox. This post is a means by which to highlight the books we get in the post and beyond, and especially to bring attention to those books which may be sat on our shelves for a little while yet that we love all the same.

I've been lucky enough to get some very exciting books through the post over the past couple of weeks and I've also purchased a couple for myself as well, very unlike me I know!

I received a gorgeous copy of Waterfall. The new teardrop novel by Lauren Kate from the lovely pople at Random House.

From Harper 360 I received Diary of a Misfit by Andrea Ported and A Long way to Fall by Amy Zhang. I'm very excited to read both of these YA novels as I've heard great things about them!

I bought myself a copy of Shopaholic to the Stars by Sophie Kinsella which I have alreaqdy read and reviewed. I am going to meet this fabulous author at an event at the Guildford Literary Festival in a couple of weeks time with Debbie from Snuggling on the Sofa and I simplty can't wait!

I also bought a copy of the new David Nicholls Novel US. I read a few pages on the tube journey back and I'm excited to properly get into thyis one.

I ordered a lovely copy of Where She Went by Gayle Forman. This copy matches the copy of If i Stay that i devoured a few weeks ago so I can't wait to read and find out what happens!

I also downloaded an audio edition of More Fool Me by Stephen Fry. I listened to most of it pretty quickly because I went to the live theatre/cinema thing he was doing where he talked about the book and the content. I really like when a writer reads their own words and so I really enjoyed the audioboook!
